IND Whole Child Guide™
A strengths-based guide for a child’s teachers and IEP team, prepared by the IND Foundation with parents. It puts advocacy, developmental data, home observations, and school records in one place.

Why I started
The home view is a rich, evolving story that has no structured place to land in the IEP process. Parent input is always requested, but never fully absorbed. There’s simply no space — or time — to tell the whole story.
Who it’s for
Teachers and IEP team members — and every child who’s underestimated, whose intelligence is hidden in plain sight, whose story doesn’t fit neatly into the systems we’ve inherited.
Odd facts
IND stands for Inclusive Neurodiversity Development.
A binder for the IEP meeting.
It has a section for the teachers, too: “we’re rooting for Dill — and we’re rooting for you, too.”
