Why I started
Existing frameworks (COSO, ISO, NIST) require that decisions be authorized, but leave unspecified who authorized this, where the decision lives, which requirement wins a conflict, and what proves it ran.
Odd facts
The conceptual version was a control matrix, then the parallel to the OMB Compliance Supplement clicked and helped me form the framework.
My search for artwork was a wonderful exploration into Jean-Michel Basquiat and Buckminster Fuller.
